Val studied music theory and started to learn the saxophone as a child. She sang in several choirs and has always used voice and singing in most of her projects. She took voice classes with Marie-Beatrice Gay in Lille, France, and rhythm and singing classes with Greek singer and musician Katerina Fotinaki. She is also self-taught.

Singing and photographing are probably the two things she absolutely does every single day.

After conducting some research and attempting at some occasions for some years she finally started producing her own electronic music under the alias Sunny Wis in 2021. 

Her style is pretty melodic and she obviously uses voice whenever she can.

She also creates music for choreographies. All of her tracks are available on streaming platforms.
